Bruschetta is a pre-paleo favorite of mine and the paleofied version is just as tasty! A go-to recipe whenever I entertain.

One of my all time favorites! The reason you do not see many salad dressing recipes on my site is because this is the only one I ever make! If you have never made a homemade Caesar dressing before you do not understand the amazingness you are missing out on. I make this salad weekly.

Paleo breads are a huge treat for me and I try to stay away from them as much as possible. This focaccia, however, uses minimal “flour” and still has the texture of bread! This is the perfect recipe for when you are missing bread or entertaining guests. My favorite way to eat it is with Bruschetta.

Caesar Salad + Pizza + Artichokes + Tomatoes = Oh my nom!

My favorite of all the vegetable fries. These are addictive and beyond healthy.

Carrot fries are amazing. If you have never tried them you are seriously missing out. Not only are they just as tasty as sweet potato fries, but lower in calories and carbs!

I never made sushi at home until I started eating paleo and now it’s a new tradition in our home. I cannot believe how easy and fun it is!

These are the perfect hors d’oeuvre for a party!

Crab Cakes are one of my favorite foods! I think this paleo version tastes even better than the traditional ones because it has no filler – just pure goodness and tons of crab.

Plantain chips are the perfect snack or party dish! All the ones I find in the stores are very good, but unfortunately I have yet to find a brand that does not use vegetable oil or canola oil. The good news is…they are so easy to make yourself and taste even better!

This is basically a platter of all my favorite foods! A great spread for entertaining.

Steamed Artichokes were always a staple in my family growing up and they remain one of my favorites today. These are so easy to make and ridiculously nutritious.

ZINC! I love oysters and they are a great source of zinc in a paleo pescatarian diet.
