If you have not tried Brussels with honey you do not understand what you are missing! I am not even a big fan of Brussels Sprouts, but this version is one of my favorite side dishes!
Caramelized Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
- 1 bag (about 25-30) brussels sprouts
- a sprinkling of sea salt
- a few grinds of fresh pepper
- 1 tbl coconut oil or avocado oil
- 2 tbl raw, local honey, or more to taste
- optional: slivered almonds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the brussels sprouts in half.
- Mix in a bowl with oil, salt and pepper.
- Lay the brussels (cut side down) on the baking sheet.
- Bake for about 30 minutes, or until browned and soft.
- Drizzle with honey and serve.
