Paleo Bruschetta

Ingredients
  • 3 medium tomatoes, coarsely chopped, seeds removed
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 heaping tsp minced garlic
  • a pinch of sea salt
  • a generous drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
  • Focaccia
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Spoon onto the focaccia. I like to toast the focaccia.
Notes
Also tastes great with a layer of Artichoke Pesto on the Focaccia.
