  1. For the Sandwiches: I use Almond Butter (make sure the only ingredient is almonds), Overnight Chia Seed Jam, and Paleo Plain Bagels.
  2. For the Rollups: I use Almond Butter (make sure the only ingredient is almonds), Overnight Chia Seed Jam, and Tortillas.
