Let the banana and mango thaw for about 15 minutes.
Place the banana and mango in the food processor and blend until you achieve a texture like soft serve ice cream. If it is not blending easily, let it thaw another 5-10 minutes.
Top with strawberries and enjoy! I also love this topped with unsweetened shredded coconut.
