(2 Ingredient) Almond Butter Ice Cream

Ingredients
  • 1 ripe banana, cut into chunks and frozen
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
Instructions
  1. Remove the banana from the freezer and let it thaw for about 15 minutes.
  2. Process the banana in a food processor for a minute until you achieve soft serve ice cream texture. If it is not blending easily, let it thaw another 5-10 minutes.
  3. Add the almond butter and pulse a few times until well blended.
